Each night we drop saves about $1,550 to $1,820 for our six, and $820 to $910 for Kam's three. Not quite the full room price, because a shorter trip means flying out on a day that costs more.
Sharing saves less than you'd think. A room's price covers two adults, and a third adult in the same room adds $319 a night. So losing a room saves $592 a night, not the $911 the room costs.
Two rooms means four of us in one and five in the other. Rooms hold five, so nine of us do fit, with nothing spare. Who goes where is for us to sort out. Three rooms is the fewest that keeps the two families in separate rooms.
The six free spa treatments only come with five nights, and four nights also halves the resort credit. That's the real cost of the first night we cut.

Expect this to keep moving. Fares change week to week, so the flight number will wobble until we book. It's the rooms that decide what this trip costs though: about seven tenths of the total, against a fifth for the flights.

Booking through the member saves $2,823. The resort's own website wants $17,760 for the same three rooms on the same nights. His rate is $13,668, plus the $1,269 booking fee, so $14,937 all in. Our six save $1,882, Kam's three save $941.

16% cheaper after his fee is paid, so the fee earns back more than three times what it costs. The member booking also carries the bigger resort credit, the free spa treatments and the airport transfers, and the website price includes none of those.
